CLIENT: KATE & DAVE

PROJECT: WEDDING SUITE DESIGN including INVITATION TYPOGRAPHY & LAYOUT, RSVP CARDS + GUEST INFORMATION, MENUS, ORDER OF SERVICE, WEDDING SIGNAGE, TREAT BAGS, PLACE CARDS & THANK YOU CARDS.

Kate had a clear vision for her wedding, and using her skill in watercolour painting produced unique personalised illustrations for their save the date cards and formal invitations. My job was to take those illustrations and bring her inspiration into an 8 panel invitation, using a whimsical but elegant typography style, and building the panels from the individual illustrations. A separate RSVP card for a pre- and post-wedding events was included.

Additional designs were prepared for use at the wedding, such as table cards, menus and custom made plywood signage. Treat bags and tags were printed, along with guest information cards, love quotes and ribbon-tied Order of Service booklets.

The event was held at the stunning Kelliher Estate, and Kate’s styling skill was evident in the stunning chapel, table settings and floral displays. It was such a delight to be part of the planning!

Lesley did an amazing job of creating my beautiful wedding stationery. She was so easy to work with and really listened and ensured that all my thoughts and plans came to life.
